Adam and Jeff convene at the Omaha Bugle headquarters at Asgard to discuss the presence of steroids among celebrities and athletes. Adam talks about his own experiences with performance-enhancing steroids during his power-lifting career. Jeff wonders what anyone who is trying to attract attention on the internet to bolster their audience membership can do to stand out. Can people who are arguably victims or subject to traditional prejudices be held to a lesser standard when they commit crimes? Adam talks about the recent swap of a WNBA basketball player imprisoned in Russia for drug possession with the so-called "merchant of death" and concludes that the deal only made sense for an American politician who is trying to "check all the boxes" to mollify his constituents. Do plain-old heroic marines who have been kidnapped not merit the same priority as basketball players? Jeff and Adam conclude with a discussion of their concerns about the lack of respect shown by both the government and corporate America for the nation's blue collar workers--the only people who know how to make stuff.
