Are there potential or recurrent disagreements or points of contention that often arise when spending time with loved ones?

We encourage you to allow whatever feelings arise including potentially disappointment, disconnection, and a sense of not belonging.

High expectations, manuals, compare and despair, generally being givers and not receivers, and challenges having fun and relaxing.
