We got to dive into Chris's 16-year love story with her late husband Ed, witnessing Eclectic Herb evolve from a physician's secret to a health food store sensation. Chris shared her love of herb camps on Eclectic’s farm, where kids mix up remedies and concoct potions. She shared her secrets to getting little ones hooked on gardening and cooking. Despite the COVID curveball, Chris can't wait to restart the herb camps, sharing the joy of growing and nurturing life with the next generation.
