In today's episode of the 'Career Change Maker' podcast, I talk about personal branding. What it looks like to be building a personal brand and then why it can be impactful?

The reason why I want to focus on this is to show you that building of the brand is essentially your way of showing up and sharing with the world what you want to share. Because you show up, because you share, then opportunities can come your way.

• There are a lot of different platforms that people talk about when it comes to building a personal brand, but it's important to take stock and not get overwhelmed.
• One of the biggest pieces around building your personal brand is sharing your perspective.
• Networking is just building relationships. So, once you know what you want to be known for and you start talking about that in whatever format that is for you then you are in a position to start finding other like-minded people who are interested in the same thing.
• When building your own personal brand, you get to show up and you get to do what you want to do in terms of building your brand consistently and then there are people out there that will be impacted and touched by your brand, and you don't even realize it.
