In this episode of the Business Ownership Podcast I interviewed Dr. Keith Brewer. He is a doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. He been meditating since he was 6, after numerous medical specialists told him he would be paralyzed by the time he was 13 because of his numerous spinal anomalies. He tapped into a series of moving meditations that he practiced every night, and these allowed him to defy the prognoses of modern medicine. He later discovered that these healing meditations have been practiced in Ancient China for thousands of years. He discovered many benefits for health through his journey, and his goal is to help everyone live a more healthy life. One of those benefits is reducing high blood pressure - which many people have today.
