L'ObSoCo reçoit Valérie Renaudin, Maître de conférences et Vice-Présidente de l'Université Paris Dauphine, qui revient sur la formation des étudiants aux métiers de la distribution. Les dimensions humaines, sociales, sociétales, mais aussi logistiques ou financières de ces métiers nécessitent plus que pour d'autres métiers de mettre en œuvre le "learning by doing". La nouvelle génération d'étudiants se révèle particulièrement attentive aux enjeux sociétaux et environnementaux, susceptibles de transformer en profondeur l'exercice de ces métiers.
