As we get older, our training needs evolve. I'll share with you how to transition from relying on raw strength to incorporating finesse, strategy and efficiency - whether in the gym, jiu-jitsu, or everyday life. Strength is valuable, but knowing when and how to use it makes all the difference.

Today we will learn the shift from strength to finesse, training smarter not harder, jiu-jitsu lessons for life and fitness, avoiding burnout and injury and a biblical perspective on wisdom in training.
