Research suggests that 40% of our behaviours come down to habits so with that in mind they give you some tips and tricks to help you form good habits. They chat about some of the helpful things you can do to cement habits and the reason you need to be kind to yourself whilst you are forging new habits. You cannot bully yourself into good habits, although many of us try. Good habits come by working with your brain and looking at your identity as means for behavioural change
