Nicole grew up with a love for fitness and an inclination to work hard for her success. An accumulation of all her life experiences has led her to creating a business that empowers people with long hair to achieve their goals without facing frustrations or distractions that come from long hair maintenance. While running this business, she completed her undergraduate degree in 2019 at Western University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. After that, she went straight into completing a Master of Science at Ivey Business school in International Business - graduating from that in 2021. She used to competitively row and now works out regularly at a CrossFit gym. While running Hairstrong, she also works for another company called Thirdzy as their Director of Digital Marketing. She is passionate about becoming the best version of herself and believes that the job you choose is a part of your life not just something that funds it
