About our guest:
Prior to Shipper, Phil was the Chief of Staff at Floodgate, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco, where he was involved in early-stage investments in technology startups. Before that Phil was previously a consultant from McKinsey & Company. Phil holds a Master of Science (MS) from Columbia University (City of New York) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University.
