How many times a day do you get stuck spinning in circles because you have no idea what to do next?

You know you have a lot to do, but you’re not sure what to do next. So your anxiety goes up, making it harder to figure out. Maybe you panic about how much you need to do (and nothing gets done during a panic attack.)

Maybe you disassociate to escape the overwhelm (and nothing gets done when you freeze.) Then you beat yourself up for not getting anything done (and nothing gets done while you shame yourself.) It just gets worse and worse.

Getting stuck in ADHD paralysis is a very real part of everyday life for people with ADHD. It sucks.

But we don't have to stay there. Here are seven practical steps to get you out of the panic zone and move forward again.
