Today's episode is all about a manifestation practice called the 3 6 9 method. This technique is centred around the numbers 3 6 and 9, and the power they are believed to hold in relation to their energy and frequency. This method is a kin to journaling in a way and I will talk you through it all in today's episode - its origin, how to practice this method, recommendations, tips and tricks.
You can get a dedicated 3 6 9 Manifestation Journal here - this one is designed by me and will be the one I'm using - but you can use any journal really. But if you have an amazon addiction like me, go ahead and get yours!
