Resilience is a great skill to have. It is imperative that leaders have resilience but if you are a woman in ministry, you need an extra dose. Because women in ministry face additional challenges that men don’t have to deal with and those challenges can knock the wind out of you.
In today’s episode, I share some of the challenges that are unique to women in ministry and an important step that you can take to become more resilient so that you can face those challenges.
