It’s a Special Edition!!!!! #justice4tyree #answers4ariane. Tyree was murdered in the Clark County Jail. The perpetrators are unknown and the family needs answers. Tyree Kyles-Smith, was transferred from Marion County Jail to Clark County Jail, supposedly under custody of US Marshalls in restricted custody. On June 23, 2022, he was sent to general population. That day, he was beat to the point he eventually died on July 8, 2022. Autopsy reports show that he passed due to a neck injury from the assault-HOMICIDE. Ida Mitchell sits down and talks with Honestly Unbothered about what the family is going through and how they want justice. The Clark County Jail has a history of inmate abuse. They were sued that same year Tyree was killed by 28 women who were sexually assaulted by male inmates who were given the key to their cells by CO David Lowe. We need answers. Tyree’s daughter is only 4 years old and she will never have her father in her life again. Demand that she gets answers!
