Blimie Heller: How to Incorporate ALL Foods into our Lives and our Children's Lives - LIVE on Instagram!(Part 1)

Blimie, from @unconditional_parenting started posted on her stories regarding allowing unlimited access to candy for her children. I truly appreciated her bringing the Division of Responsibility to so many peoples attention so I just sent her a quick DM saying "thank you for spreading this." The next thing I knew, we were on a live for an hour and a half and we definitely could have kept going!

So we did decide to do a part two, all about Blimie's journey through Intuitive Eating which I absolutely loved recording!

Blimie has so much to share and I felt really honored that she had me on.

We discuss how to create a sense of calm around food for ourselves and for our children, which to me is one of the most important goals!
