Embodying confidence at the subconscious level– it's not DOing, it's BEing.
We get to caught up in doing things to create confidence but I'm here to say, confidence starts at a much deeper root, it's made up of multiple layers:
3 layers of confidence
1) Believing who you are at your core without old programming
- The 3 identity masks we wear
2) Developing a firm trust within yourself through intuition
3) Behaviors that match - actions are the embodiment
