Whenever the season changes, I always take inventory of my goals to kinda see where I'm at. Am I progressing to the goal? And if I'm not, then I go ahead and try to change things up just a little bit, so I can progress to the goal.
This is also applicable when filing for your VA claims. Where are you right now? What’s your goal? What’s your next step? Whenever there’s a change in the seasons, try to check your goals, your progression and see where you want to be.
