Interesting. It was my first of the 3 foundation classes they make newbies go through. I had gone to a regular class Monday and something we did hit my core b/c my abs were super sore. Then we did some sit-ups today which felt like torture!
That was my fifth class of the month and I’m going again tomorrow and Friday. So far I'm enjoying everything but the soreness which I’m told will never go away but after a month it will feel more like normal soreness instead of the “I’m dying!” Level of soreness I have now.
1. Will I be able to do this stuff or am I too old / top out of shape?
2. Will I look and feel like a moron?
3. Will everyone be younger than me?
4. Am I stupid for trying this after so many years of inactivity?
5. Will I injure myself and end up quitting?
6. (And after the first class) How on earth does that skinny little girl and that middle aged woman lift so dang much weight?
