Ian Tatley, a 90s estate agent from Leigh near Wigan, shares his eerie experiences with a haunted property. We get the spooky scoop in his own words, described in uncanny estate agent detail.

Linda and I also engage in a spectral exchange with Mark Simmonds from County Durham, sure to give you goosebumps.
