What are you working toward? What areas of your life do you consider most important? Does the time you devote to these areas reflect that statement? Have you found that you're challenged to find the time to address the needs of your health, happiness, relationships, and fun as well as work, responsibilities and daily to-dos? Being busy can be good. Being busy can be productive. But it can also get away from us or be used as a tool of avoidance. Are you being honest with yourself on what's keeping you busy these days?
