Did you know that for every negative thing you hear about yourself OR that YOU say to or about yourself (even joking) that your subconscious hears as true? And in order to counteract it, you have to say the opposite/positive about yourself at least three times in a row? It's called the Positivity Ratio. Sounds crazy right?
Think about how many times a day we put ourselves down without thinking, use self-deprecating humor, or inflict self-harm with our worrying thoughts. What about illness? All that fear and worry doesn't help us get well!
Eileen Pease (Dynamic Thinking) says, "When you change your thinking, you can change your feeling." That's pretty powerful!
But how do you stop all that negative programming? Random affirmations, baby! These days, we LIVE BY our affirmations! In notebooks, on mirrors, cork boards and post-its! Today we show you how to do the same in order to create a healthier you, inside and out!
