In this one I interview my friend Max about his experience training for a triathlon. He breaks down all of the aspects of preparation from mental to physical to emotional prep. He brings up his initial experiences with meditation, having good nutrition, and the importance of having an accountability partner when trying to accomplish a goal.
Through this talk you’ll be able to learn more about the different dimensions that bring success and how to balance your energy in those places. One other important point that was talked about was knowing when to give yourself a break and accept that you won’t always be perfect in training.
