Sameer was working in P&G for 17 years, and left as a Vice President in Procter & Gamble (P&G). At that time he handled half a billion dollars, across 9 categories and over 20 brands, with reporting lines of a 100 people, across Hong Kong & Taiwan, and as a father to 2 kids and a beautiful wife.
You would think he left for a new job, but instead he left for life - to take a gap year at age 40 years old at the height of his career. Surprisingly this wasn't the first time that he step away from work to think about life, he did so at age 30 as well.
For 4 episodes, 1 per month, we'll dive into:
- Why he took a sabbatical.
- What he learnt in his first sabbatical at age 30.
